Partners in School Innovation is a leader in closing
the achievement gap in the Bay Area's lowest-performing public
elementary schools. Currently, low-income children of color have
a 1 in 4 chance of reading proficiently before going to middle
school. We know what it takes to permanently shift these odds
and produce thriving urban public schools that lead thousands
of underserved students to realize their full potential. Join
us by making an investment that leads to real change in students'
life opportunities.

WHY DONATE TO PARTNERS
IN SCHOOL INNOVATION?
1. We're making a measurable
impact. Schools
that substantially implement our program outperform the literacy
gains of their districts, similar schools in the state and the
state as a whole. Investing in us means investing in a better
future for children in need in our public schools.
2. We're a fiscally responsible and disciplined organization.
For every dollar you give, more
than 80 cents goes directly to support our in-school services
and people and program development. We're committed to ensuring
your investment is well spent and helps us achieve the most impact
possible. See
our latest audited financials.
3. We
have tremendous momentum and an inspiring plan for the future.
Over the past four years, we have doubled in size and
expanded to three of the largest urban districts in the Bay Area.
We are launching a new strategic plan to take our approach nationally
by the year 2015.

For more
information on any of the sponsorship opportunities below, please
contact Jeri Howland, Chief Development Officer, by email
or telephone, 415.824.6196 x 108.
1. SPONSOR OUR WORK IN SCHOOLS
|
SPONSOR A SCHOOL |
$50,000/year
|
Invest in the transformation of one high-need Bay
Area elementary school serving roughly 500 students. Your investment
will be leveraged by a similar level of contribution from the
school itself, making you a true partner to the school and its
improvement. In one year, a well-supported school can double or
triple the number of students reading at grade level. As
a School Sponsor, you will have opportunities to visit the school
and learn about systemic urban education reform through the eyes
of the school and PartnersSI staff.

A SCHOOL INNOVATION PARTNER |
$25,000 for 1 year
$15,000 for 6 months
|
By sponsoring a School Innovation Partner (SIP),
you can provide one high-need Bay Area elementary school with
a talented educational leader and coach, whose proven effectiveness
as a former teacher or leader helps build the school’s capacity
to accelerate student learning. Our SIPs have taught for an average
of six years in urban schools and 50% have earned an advanced
degree in education. They come from prestigious institutions including
Stanford, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Northwestern, Princeton, and Dartmouth.
Your investment also goes toward the SIP’s career development
and building the pipeline for innovative leadership in public
education. As a SIP Sponsor, you will gain insight into your SIP’s
work through regular communication from him/her and the opportunity
to see the work in action at a school site.
2. SPONSOR AN EVENT
| SPONSOR
