DISTRICT PARTNERSHIPS UPDATES
Next year, in partnership with San Jose Unified
School District and lead funder Applied Materials, we will
expand our services in San Jose from 4 to 12 downtown Title I
schools. The expansion represents an exciting opportunity to achieve
significant student learning results and enable San Jose to dramatically
narrow the achievement gap over the next three years.
We continue to partner with San Francisco Unified
School District to provide intensive implementation support
to six low-performing schools and facilitate professional development
network sessions for the district's elementary and middle school
Instructional Reform Facilitators. We also continue to work with
San Francisco Unified and other partners to develop a systematic
pathway to recruit, train and support results-oriented leaders
to lead the district to high, equitable achievement.
