Bay Area school reform organization expands their School
Improvement Fellowship program, a two-year fellowship connecting
individuals with outstanding teaching and leadership skills
and a commitment to education reform and equity, with direct
experience supporting teacher professional development in
low-income public elementary schools.

Transitions Out of AmeriCorps Program
Bay Area school reform organization will continue to implement
its signature Continuous School Improvement System—a
set of integrated services aligned to improve the quality
of teaching and school leadership in low-income, low-performing
public elementary schools—but will no longer be employing
AmeriCorps Members to serve these schools.
