District Partnerships
We engage in 3 to 5 year partnerships with schools and districts, using research-based best practices in leadership, adult learning, and instruction, to enable schools to produce and sustain accelerated student achievement. While the intensity and design of our services are adapted based on the needs of our partners, we consistently support leaders and teachers to achieve early results while also building their capacity to carry out the essential practices needed to sustain those results beyond our partnerships. Partnerships are designed to facilitate change at every level of the system, from the district office to the individual classroom, using unique combinations of the following strategies:

Active modeling and capacity building for instructional coaches and teachers to accelerate the development of highly effective professional development, instructional coaching and teacher collaboration systems that enable educators to transform their teaching. |

District Workshops

We facilitate workshops for school leaders and teachers across a district to learn research-based best practices in a collaborative setting. School Transformation Reviews |
Our review process can inform resource allocation and planning at your district and school sites. This comprehensive assessment of essential leadership and teaching practices includes interviews with school leaders, focus groups with teachers and classroom walkthroughs. Findings are summarized in a report and shared in a meeting with key district and school leaders.

School Consultation |
School leaders can also receive support at their site in the form of leadership coaching, facilitation of key leadership and teacher meetings, or to lead planning and data reviews. |
