Rob Boudrow

Chief Business Officer

Rob joined the leadership team at Partners In School Innovation in January 2022 as our Chief Business Officer with accountability for finance, business operations, technology, and strategic planning.

Rob came to Partners as a seasoned leader with deep experience leading a broad spectrum of stakeholders — from small teams to large Fortune 50 organizations — through transformations involving all aspects of strategy, people, process, governance, and technology.

Prior to joining Partners, Rob retired from a 21-year career in management consulting with firms including PricewaterHouseCoopers and Diamond Management and Technology Consultants where he held national and global practice leadership accountabilities in addition to his primary role as a client service partner.

In addition, he has a dedicated personal commitment to social impact with a sustained equity focus in day-to-day leadership activities, as well as participation as an individual volunteer and through nonprofit board leadership. Prior to joining Partners, Rob served on the Partners Board of Directors for six years, with the last three years as Board Chair.

Rob is a Kellogg Executive Scholar in Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and received a B.S. in business administration, accounting from Western Governors University.

Outside of the workplace, when not travelling around the globe, Rob enjoys spending time with his wonderful spouse, walking their dogs, and boating on Lake Washington in the greater Seattle area.
