Tiara Grayson

Tiara is excited to return to Partners as a consultant after working as the Associate Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment at Aspire Public Schools – Bay Area. As a district leader, Tiara designed and facilitated teacher and leader professional learning, engaged in visioning and multi-year strategic planning, and led a collaborative design process to reimagine the teacher evaluation system.

Previously, she worked at Partners as a School Innovation Partner in the Alum Rock Union School District (in San Jose, California) and San Francisco, and on the Program Development and Support team, onboarding and coaching new staff.

Tiara earned her B.A. in peace and conflict studies from UC Berkeley and started her career in education in 2005 as an elementary school teacher in Alum Rock.

Outside of work, Tiara keeps busy chasing her two young sons, cooking, hiking, and enjoying her new home in the Pacific Northwest.
