We are profoundly honored to announce that Ellen Moir, founder of New Teacher Center (NTC), has officially joined the Partners in School Innovation Board of Directors! Our board members are crucial partners in helping us achieve our vision, bringing expertise and guidance into our strategic planning and ability to support schools and districts.

Ellen is a nationally recognized leader in the field of education, renowned for her decades-long commitment to improving school leader and teacher effectiveness and school reform. 

As the founder and former CEO of NTC, a national organization dedicated to improving student learning by accelerating the development of great teachers, leaders, and schools, Ellen has had a transformative impact on education across the country. Her expertise aligns perfectly with Partners' mission to support and empower educators.
