We are honest about how oppression in our country shapes students’ experiences at school, and are optimistic that we can transform that reality.
This includes examining race, class, culture, and power in society, within Partners, and in ourselves as individuals.
This reflection helps us build bridges across different identities, collaborate in diverse teams, and push ourselves to help create a better future for all students.
